New Standard Size Ball Mill Developed with 12.5 m3 Drum
In accordance with the corporate development strategy for the near future, work continues on introducing new products. Having started in 2012, the Samara Strommashina Plant has designed the tube ball mill with a 12.5 m3 drum, under reference number 1471.
A distinguishing feature of this drum ball mill is a 50% larger drum volume as compared to the well-known mill 1456 that has shown high reliability. Around six versions of tube-type ball mill 1471 have been developed that have different positions of the drive and unloading units and either one or two chambers.
Designers based the new mill on the positive experience of the longstanding production of model 1456, and the new model under number 1471, as foreseen by the experts, also features high reliability and one of the lowest operating costs.
The decision to launch serial production of several standard sizes of the new ball mill is the result of thorough analysis of numerous inquiries and requests from regular customers who are following a dynamic course of development, including Chelyabinsk Zinc Factory, Koelgamramor and others.Read the description and technical specifications of ball mill 1471 in detail via the link http://strommashina.com/catalog/drum-ball-mill-1471-for-dry-grinding-of-continuous-operation
