Creating a Perfect Bauxite Grinding Facility
Bauxite is a common mineral that is formed by gibbsite or boehmite. Bauxite is widely used to refine aluminum, create refractory materials and various abrasives, and/or as an additive to certain cements. Industrial applications of bauxite vary.
Necessary equipment to process bauxite
The setup is quite simple. Vibrating feeders transport the raw material to the crusher which is used to break down larger stones. Crushed material is transported by a belt conveyor to the next stage where the material is grinded into a fine powder with a specific fineness. Later, vibrating screens separate suitable particles from those that need more grinding. When the unsuitable material can be immediately returned to the crusher, we call the setup a closed circuit. This is a very efficient type of setup.
Depending on your technological requirements, the size of particles may require adjusting.
