Technological complex of drilling wastes thermal utilization (drilling sludge)
Thermal processing methods of drilling wastes are used for receiving or destruction of hydrocarbonic component. They are the most effective in removal of organic wastes component, they decrease the volume and mobility of salts and metals.
Drilling sludge (raw material) - mineralogical composition of drilling sludge is determined by sedimentary types of drilled out rocks and can be substantially changed by means of well deepening. Drilling sludge chemical composition depends both on its mineral composition and characteristics of washing fluid.
Thermal processing can be an intermediate link for reducing toxic level and waste volume and their preparation for future processing or disposal. It also can be used as the process of finished reprocessing of wastes in inactive solid phase.
Use of drilling sludge after thermal treatment:
Road building, road dusting, slag blocks in low-rise construction, walkway slab, kerb stone, binding mixtures, granulated filler in concrete (after solid phase grinding).
