Creating an Efficient Copper Crushing Facility
Coppers is metal that is widely used all over the world in electronics, construction, plumbing, roofing, alloys, etc. We are so used to see copper all around us that we don’t even notice it anymore. Nonetheless, many things that we routinely use and encounter are made of copper and its alloys. Brass, bronze, copper-tin, and other types of alloys are quite common and known for thousands of years.
Necessary equipment to start working with copper
In order to start working with copper, we recommend you setting up an appropriate production line with ball mills, high-pressure grinding mills, impact crushers, and/or jaw crushers.
The traditional setup is a belt conveyor which transports the material from one stage of the process to another. The production line starts with a vibrating feeder that evenly distributes the material and feeds it to the initial crusher which prepares the material for further grinding. Then the powder is created which can be screened via vibrating screens. A closed circuit where the material that needs additional grinding is immediately returned to the vibrating feeder is the most efficient setup. Depending on your technological requirements, you may want to slightly adjust the fineness of the powder.
